• Warehousing and Stock Management
  • KPW manage finished stock of leaflets, Inserts, Booklets, Manuals, Labels etc for medical device and pharmaceutical companies, at the warehouse in Ballinasloe, Co. Galway 
  • Access to the warehouse is restricted and controlled within our security management system 
  • We offer varying levels of stock management, tailoring the service to each of our customers’ particular requirements. 
  • All stock items have designated stock locations. These are all identified on electronic stock cards, which form part of the stock management module within the computerised MIS. Electronic stock card also identifies minimum and replenishment stock levels. All stock movements into and out of the warehouse are recorded on the system. 
  • Monthly cycle counts confirm stock accuracy. 
  • Reprints of stock items are “triggered” when stock levels fall below agreed quantities, and we offer an automatic stock replenishment, where we manage 100% of all reprints on our customers’ behalf. 
  • We understand it is vital to have access to stock of all critical printed items at all times, and we are meeting these demands on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• On-Line Stock Call Off
  • KPW has an Online Stock Management system in place, that allows our customers on-line access to information relating to their stocks.
  • Access can be achieved though any internet browser, including mobile devices. 
  • Security is controlled through username and password which KPW control. 
  • Via this module, the customer can; view what stocks are available
  • view what is currently on order
  • view the order history for each line item
  • place orders for single or multiple items at a time
  • The system works similar to any shopping website, whereby you place the items in a shopping basket, review the order, fill in PO details etc and approve the order which is then sent directly to our warehouse for picking and shipping.
